Betrayal Recovery Video

Betrayal recovery is a long and challenging road. Discovering the person who you love and trust has cheated is traumatizing. When I learned about my husband's betrayal, I didn't believe I could recover from it or the pain it caused. I found my recovery after infidelity came in stages and through much self-care.

The video below is my second interview with Cath from the Beautiful Minds Podcast.  In the video, we discuss how I recovered from betrayal and how self-care supported me.  Cath asks why some women are still in pain several years after betrayal.

Please reach out if you need support. You don't have to navigate your journey of recovering from betrayal alone. Sometimes the compassionate face of someone who understands betrayal pain can be the best support possible.

Recovery from betrayal is not the journey we asked to take, yet here we are...

Much love

Yours on the Journey
